This is my Best Friend Allee. She will be gone living her dream in So Cal soon, and my heart grows heavy at the thought. She won’t ever read this so really I could embarrass the heck out of her but I won’t. This doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with the kids but more or less about people we know will be in our lives forever.

My new life principles

Lately I’ve been desiring more personal growth. In attempting to get to the core of Kelly and making her stronger, I’ve found many learned impurities I questioned how I let them grow and how I have worn them as layers on my soul. I realized I needed to change my thinking, to forgive, to feel and most of all enjoy. So my new life principles are as follows:
1) don’t hate on your body
2) watch what you say and how you say it
3) be Kelly. Always.
4) when in doubt, dance it out or sleep it off
5) go. do. explore.

The Bird

I was just flipped off by both of the girls then had to calmly explain why it is “not polite” and then looked at them while they smiled and kept showing me the bird. How precious.
